Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients
- Update customer data and call records in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
