The Customer Acquisition is responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound and inbound inquiries. This position is responsible for reaching out to potential customers delivering a sales pitch with passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receives and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers
- Makes outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
- Identifies customer needs and establish value by presenting how we could be a possible solution to decision-makers across multiple B2B segments.
- Arrange meetings for Sales Executive
- Provides management with a weekly update.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- English ,Hindi language will be an advantage.
