Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or Production team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining production standards, and learning industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities: Quality Control (QC)
- Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
- Measure components using basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Identify and report quality issues or non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Assist in implementing quality standards and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow ISO procedures and quality control guidelines.
Production
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support production planning and execution to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
- Assist in reducing production defects and improving productivity.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of QA/QC principles and production processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Preferred Candidates
- Diploma Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with industrial training or internship experience will have an added advantage.
Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on qualification and company policy)
