Team & Operations Management:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of counselors, trainers, and support staff.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary training.
Sales & Client Relations:
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for IELTS/PTE coaching and visa services.
- Develop new business leads and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee the counseling process for student and tourist visa clients.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital and offline) for lead generation.
- Monitor advertising effectiveness and adapt strategies to increase outreach.
- Represent the company at educational fairs, seminars, and local events.
CRM & Process Optimization:
- Oversee the use and management of CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Analyze data to improve client experience and conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation through CRM systems.
