Job Summary:
The Micro Finance Collection Executive is responsible for collecting loan repayments from customers, maintaining healthy portfolio quality, reducing overdue accounts, and building strong relationships with borrowers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect loan installments from customers as per repayment schedules.
- Conduct field visits to customers' residences or business locations for collection activities.
- Follow up with overdue and delinquent customers to ensure timely repayments.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in microfinance, NBFC, banking, or collection activities preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively in the field.
Working Conditions:
- Extensive field work and customer visits.
- Frequent travel within assigned operational areas.
- Interaction with borrowers, group members, and community leaders.
Location : Aswini Junction Thrissur.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
