Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research and track competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer records
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Education & Experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- 4–6 years of sales experience (adjustable by level)
