Hiring – Admission Counsellor (Aviation Academics)
Location: Velachery, Chennai
Department: Training & Development – Aviation Services
Experience: Minimum 1–5 Years (Admission / Academic Counselling Experience Mandatory)
Salary: ₹15,000 Basic + Attractive Incentives
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admission Counsellor who can independently handle complete admission operations and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student counselling and convert leads into admissions
- Achieve minimum admission targets (Minimum 8 admissions per month)
- Make regular follow-up calls and maintain admission records
- Coordinate with management regarding admissions and reporting
- Follow up on student fee payments and loan processing
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports in Google Sheets / Drive
- Handle parent queries and student coordination
- Manage overall office admission activities independently
Salary & Incentive Structure:
- Basic Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹1,000 per admission (after minimum 8 admissions)
- Example:
- 8 Admissions = ₹15,000 + ₹8,000 Incentive
- 12 Admissions = ₹15,000 + ₹12,000 Incentive

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong counselling and communication skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Experience in education / training / aviation counselling preferred
- Ability to manage office operations independently
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
