ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for ambitious, creative, and growth-oriented interns who want to gain true hands-on experience in building an indie brand from the ground up. As a Brand & Business Development Synergist, you will play a dual role in our startup's journey-helping us manage our brand presence while actively driving our B2B client acquisition. In this position, you will work directly with the foundational team to scale our brand, coordinate digital networking, and explore new business pipelines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Management & Social Media Curation:
Brand Coordination: Assist with daily brand positioning to ensure all marketing messages align with our sustainable and artisan-focused identity.
- Social Media Management: Actively handle our social media channels (including Instagram) to showcase products, run creative brand campaigns, and engage with our audience.
- Storytelling & Content: Brainstorm and create digital content that highlights our work with Indian artisans and celebrates authentic handicraft processes.
2. LinkedIn B2B Networking & Client Acquisition (BD):
- LinkedIn B2B Outreach: Generate quality business leads and build professional relationships through LinkedIn and targeted online networking.
- Client Communication: Initiate professional communication and digital outreach to connect with architects, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured communication records, track sales pipelines, and monitor incoming leads systematically.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
