Position: Civil Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors and allocate daily work.
- Ensure construction work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor quality of work, materials, and workmanship.
- Check RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Maintain daily DPR, manpower records, material records, and work progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineer for timely solutions.
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
