Inviting applications for the role of Workday HCM Consultant – 4B
Key Responsibilities:
Business-IT Translation: Act as a bridge between HR/ESS and IT, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for the Workday platform.- HRIT Roadmap Oversight: Drive the evolution of the HRIT roadmap in collaboration with HR and ESS leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of initiatives within your assigned area primarily Core HCM.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices to optimize the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday ecosystem.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HRIT governance, change management protocols, data privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Workday experience across multiple modules, primarily Core HCM.

Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration.

Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative mindset and ability to influence without authority.

Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality; experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Workday certification(s) preferred.
Preferred:
Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM, Core & Adv Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Recruiting Management, Time Tracking & Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning Management- Strong track record of leading HR technology transformations and system implementations.
- Deep knowledge of HR systems strategy, governance, and optimization.
- Ability to drive digital transformation and automation in HR processes.
- Strong project management and change leadership skills.
- Expertise in data analytics, workforce insights, and reporting tools.
