Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support financial modelling and financial analysis for Government infrastructure projects, PPP projects, and large-scale capital-intensive developments.
- Develop, review, and validate project financial models, including project cash flows, revenue assumptions, capex/opex projections, financing structures, IRR, NPV, DSCR, sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Provide PPP transaction advisory support across the project lifecycle, including project structuring, feasibility assessment, risk allocation, bid strategy, and transaction closure.
- Advise Government authorities and public-sector clients on PPP structures, commercial viability, bankability, and optimal financing mechanisms.
- Assist in the formulation, review, and negotiation of concession agreements, PPP agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, development agreements, and other project-related contracts.
- Develop appropriate risk allocation frameworks between public and private sector stakeholders and translate these into commercially and contractually workable provisions.
- Undertake project feasibility studies, financial viability assessments, Value for Money (VfM) analysis, and project structuring for infrastructure projects.
- Support preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Qualification (RFQ), bid documents, concession terms, and commercial schedules.
- Coordinate with Government departments, lenders, legal advisors, technical consultants, developers, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Assist in bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, financial close, and transaction documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and government policies.
- Conduct benchmarking and market assessments to determine appropriate tariffs, user charges, revenue-sharing mechanisms, viability gap funding, annuity structures, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare investment memoranda, financial analysis reports, transaction notes, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and Government decision-makers.
- Monitor project risks, contractual obligations, financial performance, and key transaction milestones, providing recommendations for timely resolution of issues.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
