Main Responsibilities
Knowleage of Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other platforms
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion
- Driving sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
- Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives
- Optimising the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
- Coordinating product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing objectives
- Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
- Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools
- Handling customer service escalation protocols and ensure a consistent brand experience across channels
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
