Cruise Sales & Travel Expert

Shift Timing : Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking passionate, customer-focused, and travel-savvy professionals to join our team as Cruise Sales & Travel Experts. In this role, you will help clients discover and book unforgettable cruise vacations while delivering a highly personalized travel planning experience.
As a trusted travel advisor, you will guide customers through cruise options, destinations, itineraries, and travel packages, ensuring every trip is tailored to their preferences and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable ocean, river, luxury, and expedition cruise experiences.
- Compare cruise lines, ships, cabin categories, itineraries, and onboard amenities.
- Design customized travel packages including cruises, flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
- Manage bookings from inquiry through completion.
- Assist clients with upgrades, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise products, destinations, promotions, and industry trends.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience throughout the booking journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, Cruise Sales, Travel Consulting, Hospitality Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Knowledge of cruise booking platforms such as Polar, Cruising Power, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Amadeus will be considered a strong advantage.
- CLIA certification is an added advantage.
- Personal cruise travel experience is highly preferred.
