About Us:
Bigwigs Technologies Private Limited is a rapidly growing AI and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in Data Annotation, AI Training Data, Medical Billing, Digital Publishing, and Data Processing services. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to strengthen our recruitment and employee management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Manage bulk and large-scale hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate payroll-related activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Foster a positive, neutral, and professional work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet workforce requirements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment databases.
Required Skills:
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
- Experience handling large teams and high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in BPO, IT, or AI services recruitment is an added advantage.
