Key Job Responsibilities
- Patient Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for patient queries, handling complaints, and resolving issues to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Local doctor and clinic contacts in and around erode
- Corporate/Insurance Liaison: Managing relationships with insurance companies, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), and corporate clients to facilitate cashless services.
- Public Relations & Marketing: Promoting hospital services through community engagement, social media, organizing health camps, and conducting press conferences.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and handling hospital PR documentation.
- Event Management: Coordinating hospital events,camps , workshops, and inauguration ceremonies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: any degree
- Experience: Usually 1–5 years of experience in hospital public relations, patient relations, or customer service.
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
