Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for delivery/logistics operations
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Experience in BPO / Voice Process is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
