- Perform online line clearance and process verification.
- Conduct in-process testing for Brix, pH, acidity, viscosity/consistency and other quality parameters.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
- Follow approved SOPs, quality procedures and specifications.
- Maintain quality records, test reports and other documentation.
- Identify, document and communicate quality deviations to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with Production for timely resolution of quality issues.
- Support routine activities of the Online Quality Laboratory.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory/testing equipment.
Pay: ₹10,078.16 - ₹33,329.99 per month
