We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, and driving sales through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace ad formats.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to improve product listings, creatives, and A+ content.
- Track sales performance and generate regular campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to increase product visibility, traffic, and revenue across marketplaces.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or other e-commerce marketplace advertising.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
- Experience in campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Good knowledge of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Pay: ₹12,576.39 - ₹60,674.54 per month
