- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and markets.
- Visit industrial customers, OEMs, dealers, and end users to promote company products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubrication system solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up until order closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional events.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in coordination with the accounts department.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and achieve business objectives.
- Comply with company policies, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organizational sales and growth targets.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
