Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales for web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Experience selling IT services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, cloud solutions, digital marketing, or custom software development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
