We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, follow up on quotations and production status, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The candidate will act as a link between customers, sales, production, design, stores, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries, requirements, and complaints professionally.
* Receive and process customer purchase orders and job orders.
* Coordinate with the Design, Pre-Press, Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
