Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Zoho Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Zoho Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with Zoho applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People, while working closely with our team to implement and customize these solutions for real-world business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the implementation and customization of Zoho applications.
● Help configure Zoho products to meet business and client needs.
● Participate in the testing and debugging of Zoho applications.
● Provide support in resolving issues related to Zoho applications.
● Assist with data migration, integrations, and reporting tasks.
● Stay up to date with Zoho product updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
● Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of CRM systems and enterprise software.
● Familiarity with Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books) is a plus.
● Knowledge of databases (SQL) and data management is desirable.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
