Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and practical Design & Production Executive who has good knowledge of product designing as well as production activities. The candidate should be able to understand design requirements, prepare and modify drawings, and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and accurate manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, modify, and understand product designs and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with the production team for implementation of designs.
- Understand manufacturing processes, production requirements, and material specifications.
- Ensure that designs are practical and suitable for production.
- Support production planning and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing.
- Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and other departments for smooth production.
- Check dimensions, specifications, and quality requirements as per drawings.
- Make necessary design changes based on production requirements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, designs, and production-related documents.
- Follow company quality, safety, and production standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / other designing software.
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Candidates with both Design and Production experience will be preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years in Design & Production / Manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
