Job Description: Food & Beverage Service Associate

Job Purpose
To provide prompt, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service to casino guests across gaming floors, bars, restaurants, and VIP lounges, enhancing the overall guest entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests on the gaming floor, restaurant, bar, and lounge areas with a warm, professional attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food, beverages, and complimentary drinks to guests promptly, following service standards
- Maintain awareness of guests' gaming status to offer timely complimentary services (comps) as per casino policy
- Set up and clear tables, bar counters, and service stations before and after service
- Handle cash, card, and chip-based billing/settlements accurately where applicable
- Ensure knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including specials, promotions, and ingredients (including allergens)
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI and casino guidelines
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and gaming staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address complaints or escalate to supervisor
- Restock service areas with necessary supplies (glassware, cutlery, linen, beverages)
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal drinking age verification
- Support event/banquet service during promotions, tournaments, or private parties
- Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and inventory usage
Key Requirements
Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
Experience: 1–3 years in F&B service, preferably in casinos, hotels, restaurants, or bars
Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language (Konkani) an advantage
- Strong guest service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and mixology (advantageous)
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Physically fit — able to stand for long hours and carry trays/service items
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in casino or premium hospitality F&B service
- Basic knowledge of responsible gaming/alcohol service protocols
- Multilingual ability for international guest interaction
