Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Prepare and maintain candidate submissions, interview feedback, and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, QA, SAP, Oracle, Data Analytics, and ERP.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment process and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with US staffing, domestic IT recruitment, or international recruitment is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
