As we continue to develop world-class luxury townships and residential communities, we are looking for an accomplished Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and technical execution of premium villa developments, plotted communities, and integrated township projects.
Role Overview
The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering Della Group's luxury residential developments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in villa architecture, plotted developments, master planning, construction detailing, and Good for Construction (GFC) documentation. This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project reflects Della's commitment to luxury, innovation, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, bungalows, row houses, clubhouses, and township amenities.
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation for residential projects.
- Participate in township master planning, including zoning, road networks, infrastructure planning, landscape integration, and open spaces.
- Ensure designs optimize plot utilization while maintaining functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Documentation
- Produce accurate construction drawings, architectural details, schedules, and specifications.
- Review architectural documentation for design integrity, constructability, and quality.
