Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Salary: Upto 70,000/- Per Month
Key Responsibilities:
1.To build a quality team and lead it.
2.Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.
3.Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards.
4. Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product.
5. Should have knowledge about food laws & regulation.
6. Candidate should be able to implement food laws & hygiene protocols and monitor food processes.
7. Developing standards & identify issues in production line.
8. Set up the complete chemical and micro lab.
9. Work closely with QA and Production team to ensure quality material is produced and delivered.
10. Comply with paperwork of all FSSAI rules and regulations (Reports + Plant)
11. Filling of Form D2
Requirements
- Education: Dairy technology or Bachelors in B-Tech, Microbiology
- Experience: [e.g., 2–10 years
- Required Skills: FOSTAC Training, HACCP and GMP Certifications
- Basic Computer skills
