Job Opening – US Accounts Receivable / Collection Executive

Shift: US Shift – Night Shift
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Saturday: Half Day – 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM
About the Role
We are a US-based company looking for a motivated and confident Accounts Receivable / Collection Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for following up with US customers regarding outstanding/due payments and ensuring timely collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Make professional phone calls to US customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments.
- Follow up regularly with customers for pending invoices and payments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Discuss payment status, expected payment dates, and outstanding balances with customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with the internal accounts/finance team regarding payment updates.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding invoices professionally.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up until payment is received.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during collection calls.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
- Confident, polite, and professional communication style.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Saturday: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
