Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Maintain, monitor, and renew statutory licenses, registrations, certificates, and permits before expiry.
- Maintain a compliance calendar, tracker, and checklist for all applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, auditors, and external agencies.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, forms, reports, and other required documents.
- Maintain accurate and updated compliance records and documentation.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance checks and identify gaps or non-compliance.
- Coordinate with HR for Labour Law, PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team for GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other applicable financial/statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparing and updating company policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
- Prepare regular compliance reports and submit them to management.
- Follow up on compliance observations and ensure corrective actions are completed within timelines.
- Provide basic compliance guidance and awareness to internal departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and compliance-related information.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, GST, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.
- Good documentation and record-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in statutory compliance, labour compliance, HR compliance, legal compliance, or administration will be preferred.
Immediate Joiners / Candidates with relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
