Job Role:
Lead, mentor, and monitor the Business Development team to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
Identify potential clients for IT services (web, app, software development)
Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and online research
Build and maintain a database of prospects
Approach decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team
Qualify leads based on business requirements
Support the sales team by providing strong and relevant leads
Requirements:
minimum 1 year experience
Bachelor’s degree
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus
Experience in lead generation / B2B sales preferred (freshers can apply)
