We are looking for a knowledgeable and student-focused UPSC Counsellor who can guide aspirants about UPSC exam patterns, preparation strategy, courses, and institute offerings. The candidate should be able to counsel students/parents, handle queries, and support them in choosing the right preparation path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel UPSC aspirants regarding Foundation, Prelims, Mains, and Optional courses.
- Explain the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, preparation roadmap, and course benefits.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online counselling sessions.
- Understand student goals and recommend appropriate batches/programs.
- Maintain follow-up with interested students until admission is completed.
