Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Telecaller – Admissions & Enrolment to convert leads into enrolled prospects for our programs. You will be the first human voice a potential learner hears, and your ability to counsel, inspire, and guide will directly shape enrolment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Call prospective and explain programmes, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, admission timelines and career outcomes clearly and accurately.
· Understand each prospect’s requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
· Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and email to move leads through the admissions funnel.
· Address initial questions and concerns professionally and escalate complex queries when required.
· Assist prospects with applications, documentation, fee-payment steps and enrolment formalities.
· Maintain accurate and timely records of calls, follow-ups, lead status and outcomes in the CRM.
· Share prospect feedback, common objections and lead-quality insights with the admissions team.
Background
· Graduate in any discipline with 1 to 3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, admissions counselling, education sales or customer engagement preferred.
· Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
· Ability to build rapport with students and parents and handle objections confidently.
· Target-oriented, persistent and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
