Duties
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through telemarketing and direct outreach
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to maximise sales potential
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Prepare customised proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
