Fashion Jewelry Sales Associate / Customer Service Executive

We are a growing fashion jewelry outlet based in Bengaluru looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with minimum experience in the fashion jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales and assist walk-in customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and product guidance.
- Support sales activities and help achieve store targets.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with management regarding replenishment and new product suggestions.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Stay updated on current fashion jewelry trends and customer preferences.
- Language proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum experience or basic knowledge of the fashion jewelry industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly approach with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of stock handling and retail operations is preferred.
Work Schedule
- 6-day working week
- Sunday fixed off
