Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads.
- Handle inbound property inquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule property site visits and follow up with clients.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
Qualification
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales preferred.
