Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proficient English Communication Trainer to enhance students’ spoken and written English skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing students’ confidence, fluency, and overall communication abilities, aligned with the school’s academic standards and holistic development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sessions focused on spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Develop and implement structured communication modules for students across different grades.
- Train students in public speaking, presentations, debates, and group discussions.
- Work closely with academic staff to integrate communication skills into the curriculum.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize activities such as role plays, speech competitions, and language workshops.
- Support students in improving listening, reading, writing, and speaking (LRWS) skills.
- Maintain records of student performance and training outcomes.
- Encourage a positive and interactive learning environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
- Good understanding of phonetics, grammar, and language development techniques.
- Creative approach to teaching and training.
- Strong classroom management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in English language training (TESOL/TEFL) will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in teaching or communication training, preferably in a school environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
