- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm doctor consultations and follow-up visits via phone, WhatsApp, or clinic portals.
- Patient Communication: Respond to inbound inquiries regarding clinic services, treatment packages (e.g., dermatology, physiotherapy), and doctor availability.
- Outbound Calling & Lead Follow-up: Reach out to prospective leads from marketing campaigns, remind patients of upcoming appointments, and follow up on pending treatments or feedback.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain patient demographics, call logs, and medical histories in the clinic's CRM or database systems.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with doctors, front desk staff, and clinic managers to ensure a seamless patient experience and smooth day-to-day clinic workflow.
