Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Agri Marketing Executive to handle distributor network development and sales for our agri products (bio-fertilizers, seaweed-based inputs, etc.). The role focuses purely on B2B sales, building and managing distributor relationships, and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors and dealers
- Manage and grow the existing distributor network
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through distributors
- Conduct regular distributor visits and performance reviews
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing insights
- Coordinate for timely order processing and payments
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in dealer/distributor management
- Good understanding of agri-input market
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agri Business / Any Degree
- 0–3 years experience in agri sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed salary based on experience
