Key Responsibilities:
l Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, InMail, and connection strategies.
l Create and managebulk email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.
l Research and build lists of potential clients based on company criteria.
l Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
l Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads.
l Track campaign performance, open/click-through rates, and lead conversions.
l Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets (50–60 leads).
Requirements:
l 1+ year of experience in lead generation via email marketing or LinkedIn.
l Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
l Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
l Strong written communication skills.
l Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce (preferred).
l Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies.
l Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
