Ruchak Snacks is looking for HR executive having minimum 2-4years of experience in recruitment for sales team , documentation, onboarding process of new joiners and preparing excel reports .

Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- Extensive and smart use of tools such as recruitment sources, Job Portals, LinkedIn and other social medias, for optimized search and selection of the right candidates. Maintaining day to day tracker with detailed records of candidate interviews and evaluations.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the Employee lifecycle in organization from Selection to Exits
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition FOR SALES TEAM at all Middle level/ Senior Level positions as per deadlines.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, sourcing tools, and interview best practices.
- Proficiency in excel, Tally knowledge is plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
