Job Description
The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, converting marketing leads into showroom visits or sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on lead follow-up, appointment booking, promoting jewellery collections, schemes, and offers, and ensuring high conversion rates.

Required Skills

1 – 3 years experience in telemarketing / telesales / customer service
Jewellery retail experience preferred
