- Proficiency in standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, typography, and layout.
- Ability to conceptualize and pitch creative ideas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accept constructive criticism.

- Understand project requirements and creative briefs.
- Produce drafts, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes.
- Create final design assets such as logos, banners, and social media graphics.
- Assist in preparing files for both print and digital production.
- Incorporate feedback from senior designers to refine concepts
