Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Support sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- MBA from a recognized university is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in UK/EU shift timings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international markets or client handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Additional Information:
- Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Chennai
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
