About the Role
Vortexen is expanding into the Indian market in the field of Firestopping, Fire Proofing, Industrial Coatings, and Passive Fire Protection.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can take ownership of the business, build the market from the ground up, and grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities in:
- Firestopping systems
- Fireproof coatings
- Waterproofing and protective coatings
- Build strong connections with:
- MEP contractors
- Civil contractors
- Consultants and project stakeholders
- Study drawings and identify project requirements
- Prepare basic estimation and coordinate with suppliers
- Undertake full responsibility for:
- Lead generation
- Client meetings
- Project coordination
- Build and develop a local team for execution and growth
- Establish Vortexen as a strong brand in the regional market
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in construction, MEP, waterproofing, coatings, or fire protection
- Strong market connections in Pan India.
- Ability to handle both technical and business responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude
- Willingness to grow and lead operations
