- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial needs, objectives, and risk profiles through in-depth discussions and analysis.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.
- Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure continued alignment of products/services with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless client service and issue resolution.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market insights to management.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
