Job Overview:
Cloud Dhobi is looking for a sales-driven CRM Executive who can convert enquiries into orders, drive repeat business, and strengthen customer relationships. This role focuses on revenue generation, lead conversion, customer retention, and upselling services while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into confirmed laundry orders.
- Proactively call leads to explain services, pricing, and packages.
- Upsell premium services, subscriptions, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize order conversion and repeat usage.
Outbound Sales & Reactivation
- Reconnect with inactive/lapsed customers and drive service reactivation.
- Promote loyalty programs, subscription plans, and special campaigns.
- Generate repeat orders through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
Customer Relationship & Revenue Growth
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized service packages.
- Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with operations for timely delivery.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with operations to ensure commitments made to customers are fulfilled.
- Share daily and weekly reports on sales performance, conversions, and retention.
- Suggest improvements to increase conversions and customer lifetime value.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
