We are looking for a proactive Admin Assistant cum Telecaller to handle administrative tasks and communicate with customers over phone. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain records and coordinate office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls.
- Follow up with clients and schedule appointments.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Handle emails, data entry, and basic administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Organized, responsible, and customer-friendly.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
