We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance professional to lead and oversee the overall finance and accounts function of a growing container transportation and logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance, accounts, taxation, and treasury operations of the Company.
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and fund utilization.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and fleet-related financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and secretarial compliance matters.
- * Monitor financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance requirements.
- Assist management in strategic planning, business expansion, and fund-raising initiatives.
- Support board, audit committee, and stakeholder reporting requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, fleet management, or related industries will be preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modelling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
