Job Brief :
· Production Manager has to oversee all aspects of production operations.
· Achieve production target by monitoring Employees and Organization work flows.
· Manager to be competent, comprehend and manage complex work operations.
· Optimize day to day activities by minimizing the loss of production.
· The goal is to ensure excellent quality and achieve the production target
Responsibilities:
- Train new employees on how to safely handle Chemical / Pigment manufacturing Equipments and follow production procedures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Maintain production Log Books
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow from subordinates by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Check production outputs are as per specifications
- Submit periodical reports on performance and progress to Superiors
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Ensure the safe way of using equipments and schedule regular maintenance
