About the Role
Luniq Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals, and providing excellent support throughout the patient journey. Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up schedules.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, doctors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide timely support.
- Monitor ongoing patient care and ensure smooth coordination of services.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments, reports, and appointments.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating issues when required.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational documentation.
- Support the healthcare team in delivering quality patient care.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility
